Job Description We’re hiring a Group Sustainability Co‑ordinator to support Culina Group’s sustainability journey. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who already has a solid foundation in sustainability (through degree, internship, or similar) and is ready to step into a hands-on role. You’ll work across the business to help track, improve, and deliver our sustainability commitments — from emissions data to real-world projects. Key responsibilities of the Group Sustainability Coordinator: Collecting and analysing sustainability data (energy, emissions, waste, fuel) Supporting delivery of sustainability projects across the Group Helping improve carbon reporting and data quality Working with teams to embed sustainable practices into operations Supporting compliance with frameworks such as SBTi, EcoVadis, GLEC Engaging stakeholders and bringing sustainability to life internally Qualifications Degree or equivalent experience in Environmental Science, Sustainability or related field. Has an interest in sustainability and reducing carbon emissions. Strong analytical and data management skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work within multiple projects and meet deadlines. Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills. Knowledge of sustainability frameworks and reporting standards (e.g. EcoVadis, SBTi, GLEC etc.) Desire to learn and continuously develop.
