You are a passionate and experienced HR professional with:

• A proven experience within the luxury fashion and accessories industry, with a strong understanding of: creative/design and studio functions as well as marketing, communication organizations with Maisons and regions.
• A minimum of 15-20 years of international HR and/or people management experience, ideally within a large, complex international group.
• Significant expertise in Talent Management, Talent Assessment, Development, and HR Business Partnering, with exposure to talent community management.
• A proven track record in project management, familiar with the Retail, Marketing, and/or Merchandising environments, ideally within the luxury sector. Knowledge and Experience in F&A is a strong plus.
• Mastery of HR development processes such as mobility management, succession planning, and learning & development.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills, highly organized, rigorous, and adept at data analysis.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build and nurture internal networks.
• An open, creative, positive, results-oriented, and flexible mindset, thriving in matrix organizations and complex, fast-paced, multicultural environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and digital savviness.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in other languages, particularly Chinese or Japanese, French and Italian are a plus.
• Strong analytical and numeric skills.
