Collaborating closely with divisional Talent Managers, the TM Manager co-creates frameworks, tools, and programs across key areas such as the annual talent review process, career development (internal mobility), succession planning, and talent visibility. This role is pivotal in driving a consistent, high-impact, and future-focused talent approach across BAM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement talent management strategies aligned with BAM’s business objectives, Strategic Workforce Management (SWM) -and talent agenda.
  • Lead succession planning initiatives focused on identifying and nurturing future leaders within the senior leadership group.
  • Drive talent review processes and enable targeted development strategies that support rewarding and sustainable careers at BAM.
  • Collaborate in the design and deployment of high-quality talent development solutions (e.g., SWM), ensuring alignment with broader organizational development goals.
  • Lead talent visibility initiatives to promote employee growth and mobility; own visibility strategy for ExCo and co-create approaches with divisional stakeholders.
  • Contribute to employee engagement by integrating talent strategies that boost workplace satisfaction, retention, and internal mobility.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation and HR best practices related to talent management.
  • Promote and embed talent evaluation tools and content to empower leaders in identifying and developing high-potential talent and endorsement of internal mobility.
  • Work closely with colleagues in Performance and Learning to ensure consistent alignment across the full Performance & Development lifecycle.
