KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Strategy & Planning Partner closely with Data Engineers, Business Analysts, and Data Scientists to define and deliver clear roadmaps aligned with organizational North Stars. Champion Agile/SAFe methodologies, leveraging Jira to drive operational excellence and transparency. Lead annual and quarterly planning cycles ensuring alignment with portfolio objectives and measurable success criteria. Build and maintain program dashboards in Jira and Power BI to monitor execution, KPIs, and outcomes. Challenge the status quo and introduce continuous improvements in planning and delivery mechanisms. Execution Excellence Ensure every sprint drives measurable progress toward strategic goals and delivers predictable outcomes. Foster cross-functional collaboration, enabling seamless delivery across Data Platforms, Business Analytics, and AI/ML verticals. Establish and enforce clear RACI matrices, holding the right stakeholders accountable. Dive deep into technical problem-solving to help teams remove blockers and make informed trade-offs. Collaborate with vendors and procurement teams for tool evaluation and technology enablement. Maintain effective communication channels from engineers to the CTO, ensuring full visibility and alignment. Proactively manage risk registers, mitigating risks ahead of time. Driving Results Conduct cost-benefit analysis at sprint and initiative levels to ensure ROI-driven execution. Step into a product management role when needed to help prioritize work based on business value and impact. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: Bachelor's degree in engineering (B.E./BTech). 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management with strong exposure to Data, Analytics, and AI/ML programs. Hands-on experience working with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Business Analysts. Working knowledge of Power BI, ML models, and LLMs. Deep expertise in Agile/SAFe delivery frameworks. Proficiency with Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence).
