Airnorth is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Group Travel Administrator to support our growing Group Travel team and help deliver exceptional travel experiences for our customers. About the role This role is predominantly focused on managing inbound group enquiries; however, you will also proactively engage with prospective customers and organisations to promote Airnorth's group travel and charter services and identify new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities Working closely with the Agency & Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for converting group enquiries made for business and leisure into profitable high yielding sales results and coordinate bookings for a diverse range of customers, including schools, sporting teams, mining companies, community organisations, clubs, church groups, tour operators, and corporate travellers. About you To be successful in this role: 1 + year demonstrated experience within an airline/tourism or travel agency A positive attitude and a self-driven outlook with motivation to develop within the role Self-starter who can initiate and follow through with new group booking opportunities Hard worker with the ability to work efficiently, autonomously and as part of a team Confidence in both tele-sales and face-to-face communications Motivation to exceed KPIs and deliver results High level organisational and time management skills with an exceptional eye for detail Strong English proficiency, both written and verbal Outstanding relationship building and customer service skills at all levels Flexibility and ability to adjust to changing demands and unexpected ad-hoc tasks Ability to travel interstate when required Life at Airnorth Our people are at the centre of everything we do.
