About the role

This is an exciting full-time opportunity to join the team at Lion International Travel Service Pty.,Ltd.' as a Travel Consultant based in Chatswood, NSW. As a Travel Consultant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and booking travel arrangements for our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

1. Responding to customer inquiries and providing travel advice and recommendations
2. Researching and booking flights, accommodation, car rentals and other travel services to meet customer needs
3. Preparing detailed itineraries and travel documents for customers
4. Providing exceptional customer service throughout the booking process and after travel
5. Identifying and pursuing sales opportunities to grow the business
6. Staying up to date with industry changes, destination information and supplier offerings

What we're looking for

1. Strong customer service and communication skills
2. Excellent research and problem-solving abilities
3. Relevant experience in a travel consultant or travel agency role
4. Comprehensive knowledge of travel destinations, airlines, hotels and other travel services
5. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure to meet deadlines
6. Proficient in using travel booking systems and technology
7. Passion for the travel industry and a desire to create memorable customer experiences
8. Native or fluent English proficiency level required
9. Advanced level Mandarin writing proficiency required
10. Must possess Australian work rights
