At OCU Group, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Group Treasurer to join our team at a pivotal point in our growth journey. Based in Stockport, this role offers both UK and international exposure, working across our expanding group of businesses.
As Group Treasurer, you will take ownership of our treasury and cash management operations, ensuring financial stability, strong liquidity, and effective working capital management, you will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping and managing the Group’s treasury and cash management strategy – both in the UK and internationally.

Responsibilities
  • Overseeing all aspects of cash and debt management
  • Developing and executing liquidity planning and funding strategies
  • Leading hedging, risk management, and banking relationships
  • Supporting the integration of acquisitions across the group
  • Ensuring compliance with all financial covenants and internal policies
