Our SumUp office in Berlin is currently hiring for the position of a Group Treasury Expert to join our Group Treasury Team. This role will play a crucial part, not only in the smooth and efficient running of our global Treasury activities, but also deep in the operations of our business at the points where we interact with and service merchants on a daily basis.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Take ownership for operational activities related to EU liquidity management (forecasting, funding, execution etc.)
• Transform the current bank administration process (review current activities, consolidated quarterly user access control, setup the procedure, continue to optimise bank relationships etc.)
• Coordinate and prepare cash flow forecasting activities for all our EU legal entities
• Support the current team of our group treasury members
• Collaborate closely with our stakeholders, e.g. the Treasury team in Latin America, global FP&A, Controlling, Accounting, Tax
• Drive projects to improve infrastructure, enabling the optimisation of SumUp Treasury activities
• Build models and other analytical tools to help increase portfolio returns and risk management capabilities, contributing towards model based portfolio optimisation
• Support broader company strategy by owning Treasury related analysis and activities
