Your Scope
The Treasury Manager is responsible for managing the organization’s financial resources. This includes ensuring adequate liquidity, managing financial risks, optimizing the capital structure, and maintaining relationships with financial institutions. The role plays a crucial part in the organization’s strategic financial planning and decision-making process.

Your profile

  • Master’s degree in Finance or equivalent
  • Minimum10 years of experience in a Treasury role or a similar position within corporate finance
  • Experience gained in both a corporate bank and a large corporate organization is an ideal combination
  • Experience in managing complex cash flows, setting up and implementing cash flow planning, cash pooling, factoring, etc. is required
  • Experience in managing and hedging foreign currencies is necessary
  • Experience in arranging financing for real estate and capex investments, acquisitions, and working capital is required. Experience with capital market transactions is a plus
  • Proven experience in negotiating with lenders and maintaining relationships with financial institutions is crucial
  • A pragmatic mindset with the ability to quickly switch between strategic thinking and operational action
  • A strong people manager and coach with the ability to influence and motivate staff through your experience, knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and synthetic skills, able to set objectives, structure, plan, and organize. At the same time, a hands-on approach to getting things done and achieving results. You can pragmatically translate the management know-how of a larger structure to the dynamic and entrepreneurial culture at Ardo.
  • Language requirements: Dutch/French/English
