The position contributes to optimizing financial strategies and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of Treasury operations. Key Responsibilities Support Group‑level Treasury projects assigned by the Director of Group Treasury, working closely with multiple functional and business areas Assist with project coordination and execution, ensuring timely progress and contributing to decision‑making materials Collect, consolidate, and analyze project‑related data; prepare clear summaries and analytical inputs Facilitate effective cooperation with internal and external stakeholders by ensuring smooth communication and information flow Support stakeholder alignment by helping present project objectives, proposals, and change initiatives Assist in assessing the financial, operational, and strategic impact of Treasury‑related changes through structured analysis and documentation Contribute to process improvement initiatives, including the implementation of new tools and technologies within Treasury Support the day‑to‑day management of the Group Treasury reporting framework, including master data maintenance, coordination of data providers, and periodic data validation Requirements Education & Experience University degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in treasury, finance, controlling, reporting, or project‑based environments Solid knowledge of Treasury, Finance, Accounting, and Controlling Strong analytical and business‑oriented thinking Skills & Competencies Ability to work independently with a structured and proactive approach Strong problem‑solving and comprehensive thinking skills Confident communication, argumentation, and stakeholder management capabilities Experience working in an international environment High level of reliability and the ability to handle confidential information IT & Language Skills User‑level MS Office knowledge; experience with data analytics tools is an advantage Fluent English and Hungarian (written and spoken), used confidently in professional contexts Why should you join?
