KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is desirable.

Responsibilities

ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Group Web Content Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and enhancing the online presence of Andrews Sykes Group across our portfolio of websites.
You will collaborate closely with our external marketing agency, suppliers, and key stakeholders across various regions. Reporting to the Group Digital Marketing Director, you will contribute to the development of digital strategies that align with our group objectives.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of online content best practices and a keen eye for detail. They will work closely with the marketing team to ensure our websites are informative, engaging, and user-friendly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Website Content Management: Update and manage content on group websites using custom CMS and WordPress, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all platforms.
  • SEO Optimisation: Implement on-page SEO best practices, including keyword research, meta descriptions, and title tag optimisation. Collaborate with SEO agency for best practices.
  • Content Creation & Editing: Assist in writing website copy, product descriptions, case studies, blog posts, and news articles. Proofread for accuracy and clarity.
  • User Experience (UX) Enhancement: Assess website performance, identify areas for UX improvements, and implement changes to enhance navigation and engagement.
  • Project Collaboration: Work with marketing, design, and product teams to align content with overall campaigns and business goals.
  • Industry Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to ensure content relevance.
  • Data Analysis: Use analytics tools to track website performance, understand user behavior, and optimise content strategy.
