Werde Teil unseres Teams als: Group Head SEO (all gender) | Havas Market 📍 Standort: Frankfurt, Hamburg Wie sieht dein Aufgabengebiet aus? Disziplinarische Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines Teams aus SEO- und Content-Spezialist*innen. Steuerung und Optimierung operativer SEO-Prozesse in Kundenprojekten – von der Keyword-Analyse bis zur Performance-Auswertung. Sicherstellung von Qualität, Effizienz und Skalierbarkeit in der Content-Produktion. Entwicklung und Etablierung von Prompting-Standards zur Unterstützung effizienter Content-Erstellung – als strategisches Werkzeug, nicht als Selbstzweck. Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Strategie-, Performance- und Tech-Teams zur ganzheitlichen Kundenbetreuung. Monitoring und Reporting relevanter KPIs wie Sichtbarkeit, Traffic, Conversion und Content-Performance. Auswahl und Einführung geeigneter Tools zur Unterstützung der SEO- und Content-Arbeit. Welches Skill-Set bringst du mit? Mehrjährige Erfahrung im operativen SEO (Tech & Content), idealerweise mit Führungsverantwortung. Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der disziplinarischen Führung und Entwicklung von Teams. Sehr gutes Verständnis für Content-Prozesse und deren Verzahnung mit SEO-Zielen. Strategisches Verständnis für den Einsatz von KI und Prompting im Content-Kontext. Sicherer Umgang mit Tools wie SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, ChatGPT & Co.
