Description Discover your exciting role We are currently looking for a dedicated and motivated Group Leader Mechanical (f/m/d) in Vienna, Austria. You will join our Engineering & Design department focusing on Plant Utility & HVAC systems. Explore your tasks and responsibilities Lead and develop a team of engineers within the Engineering & Design department Plan, design, and implement building services systems (heating, ventilation/air conditioning, plumbing, sprinkler) for new construction and renovation projects Ensure compliance with applicable German standards and regulations in building services engineering (e.g., DIN, VDI, VDE) Coordinate and communicate with internal departments, clients, and external partners, planners, and service providers Prepare and review technical specifications, bills of quantities, and design plans Support tender processes, proposal evaluations, and supplier selection Ensure quality throughout project execution up to commissioning Assist in budget and resource planning as well as in schedule tracking Participate in site visits, planning meetings, and coordination discussions Show your expertise Degree in building services engineering, HVAC engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable field Solid experience in planning and executing building services systems in industrial project environment Strong knowledge of relevant German standards, guidelines, and legal requirements for building services in industrial projects Fluent in both German and English, spoken and written – essential Willingness to travel Leadership experience is a plus, but not mandatory – initiative and team spirit are key Structured, solution-oriented approach and a high sense of responsibility Proficiency in CAD systems, planning tools, and MS Office Due to legal reasons, we must disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 83.000 gross per year based on full-time employment.
