Responsibilities

Join our fantastic team as our new Groups, Conference and Events Coordinator. Located in the vibrant heart of Amsterdam, the Booking Office is a great place to start your Groups, Conference and Events Career with exposure to a diversity of guests.

This position includes the following main duties:

  • Maximize revenue opportunities in during the planning phase of group reservations, conferences
  • You will interact extensively with guests and clients during the preparation phase of the event.
  • Receive questions, process rooming lists, preparing function sheets
  • Focus on a consistently executed up-selling approach.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs
  • Arrange and execute hotel show tours
  • Participate in hotel promotional activities
