You’ll: Coordinate and manage meetings, events, and group bookings from first enquiry to final goodbye. Own the details — event logistics, rooming lists, briefings, and on-the-day perfection. Work hand-in-hand with Sales, Revenue, and Reservations to make every event shine. Build strong client relationships and bring that “True Hospitality” touch to every interaction. Spot upsell opportunities, share insights, and help shape our event strategy What You'll Bring A natural flair for event coordination and exceptional guest service. Confidence in communication and collaboration — across teams and with clients. Problem-solving energy, organisation skills, and a calm “I’ve got this” attitude. Ideally a Diploma in Hotel Management or similar, plus 1–2 years’ experience in events or hospitality.
