JOB TITLE: GROUPS & EVENTS SALES MANAGER

Location: London (Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day from home)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:30

Responsibilities

As our Groups & Events Sales Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our reactive sales function—leading, inspiring and converting.

  • Taking the reins of our Groups & Events reactive team—overseeing the enquiry process from start to conversion
  • Leading a small, brilliant team and collaborating closely with our property teams across the portfolio
  • Jumping in as a player-coach—managing your own VIP and high-value enquiries when needed
  • Implementing and refining SOPs and training modules that elevate every step of the guest journey
  • Working closely with the Global Head of Groups & Events to track booking trends, produce insightful reporting, and unlock opportunities to grow revenue
  • Championing a guest-first approach—really understanding what they need, then delivering above and beyond
  • Ensuring a seamless handover from sales to planning, so our guests enjoy a smooth and spectacular experience
  • Getting hands-on with systems and data—keeping everything clean, accurate and optimised
  • Sharing your knowledge and building confidence across the team through training and support
  • Connecting with stakeholders in Sales, Revenue and Ops to keep us moving forward together
  • Bringing your energy, curiosity and creativity to a fast-paced, ever-evolving part of the business
