Seasonal Full time - December to March  Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lead hand to join our growing Groups Team in Mount Washington, reporting into the Groups Supervisor. This role requires exceptional administrative skills and a meticulous approach to managing tasks in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative duties that support the efficient operation of our group bookings, both educational and corporate, and contribute to the overall success of our team and our guests’ experience. Available to work some weekends January-March, supporting our busiest periods. * Support the Groups Supervisor in all administrative duties, maintaining open communication. * Efficiently and effectively communicate with our clients at all stages of their group booking, both via emails and telephone as well as in person during the clients visit. * Maintain up to date communication with our Nordic and Alpine Departments, working closely with Snow School Dispatch. * Update the Group Tracker so that departments can plan for business volumes * Monitor e-mails for booking inquiries and changes. Returning follow-up e-mails within 72 hours * Communicate any Food and Beverage needs with the F&B Team * Communicate with Rentals Manager for preset information and changes for all Educational groups * Support the on-hand sales process during the guests’ visit. Skills: * Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel etc) and other relevant software. Knowledge of Sirus Ware is an asset. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work effectively in high volume and stressful situations * Sales experience is a plus * Must have the ability to problem solve Attributes: * High level of professionalism and a proactive approach to problem-solving. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
The Lead Hand will support the Groups Supervisor in administrative duties and communicate effectively with clients throughout the group booking process. This role also involves maintaining communication with various departments and updating the Group Tracker for business planning.
