We are currently looking for a Groups, Meetings & Events Sales Coordinator to join our London Sales Team!
You’ll be a key player and support to our Groups & Events team by handling admin, systems and everything in between to drive the conversion of enquiries & planning of meetings, events & group accommodation bookings. Working across our London portfolio, comprising of The Hoxtons Shoreditch, Holborn, Southwark and next up Shepherds Bush in late 2022, it’s a great opportunity to join a fast paced, multi property, reactive sales & planning team.

  • Experience working within hospitality or a similar role; you’re looking for an opportunity to take the next step into a career in groups & event sales
  • Someone who is proud of their OTT attention to detail and knows how to stay organised while working at a fast pace
  • You’re confident using systems such as Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Word, Adobe (experience using OPERA, Delphi, CRM system would be an advantage)
  • A people person, great at building strong and lasting relationships

    Additional Information
Responsibilities
  • Manage a central inbox and phone system, distributing enquires, ensuring our guests reach the right person & have a smooth & memorable first impression of The Hoxton
  • Keep things running smoothly by supporting our team across reactive and proactive, from creating and updating bookings, contracts & invoices; regular reporting and updating of our systems, rooming lists, rate loadings, RFP’s, presentation decks, monthly reports, processing commissions, and diary management etc.
  • Manage internal bookings & requests, including site visits with clients as required to support the team
  • Build strong relationships with the Hotel teams and external third parties, keeping the guest experience at the heart of everything you do
  • Liaising with clients and managing smaller bookings as required
  • Get involved with projects & ad-hoc activities across the 4 Hotels and champion multiple projects
  • Support the team in growing and moving the function forward
