We are currently looking for a Groups, Meetings & Events Executive to join our London Sales Team!
You’ll be a key player in our growing Sales Team by managing everything Groups & Events from start to finish across all key segments. Working across our London portfolio, comprising of The Hoxton Shoreditch, Holborn, Southwark and Shepherds Bush. It’s a great opportunity to join a fast paced, multi property, reactive sales & planning team.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Act as one of our Go-to contacts for Group & Events in London, Owning the full booking journey: from proposal, negotiations and contracts, through planning, billing and securing repeat business.
  • Deliver exceptional client service, building lasting relationships through timely responses, engaging in hotel tours, and thoughtful follow-ups.
  • Use our booking systems Delphi & Opera to manage the booking process in full & in line with SOP’s. Including but not limited to blocking space, generating contracts, producing function sheets, invoicing, inputting room lists and tracking deposits/ payments.
  • Build upon relationships with all onsite hotel departments and teams within our central office, and ensure communication is clear and concise
  • Contribute data and insight to weekly revenue meeting to support budgeting and forecasting.
  • Conduct site inspections for all enquiries across all the hotels for all key clients
  • Support the proactive team where needed from a GME perspective.
  • Assist with sales-based projects & ad-hoc activities across the four London hotels as required
  • Attend weekly operations meetings, running through bookings and providing a smooth handover to our operational teams. Also ensuring any follow ups are actioned and communicated accordingly.
