Responsibilities
  • Completing tasks relevant but not limited to confirming an event (proposal, site inspection, contracting, negotiating of rates and terms and conditions), handling client requests with relevant teams to secure conversion and ensuring post event follow up to confirm repeat business;
  • Responding to all enquiries in a timely manner and yielding the diary effectively for all mediums event enquiries;
  • Proactively respond to the various online enquiry portals such as Cvent, Venue Directory, and Salesforce Communities. Proactively chases all business to convert and upsells additional products at contract stage as well as any related reward programs; such as Radisson Rewards;
  • Engage with clients/agents in relation to their enquiries; i.e. using Upmail to send proposals, liaising with preferred suppliers eg: AV to join site inspections, consistently exhibiting appropriate service behaviour;
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability when personalizing client needs and the changing demand and priorities of the business;
  • Create personalized proposals through for groups and events proposals, tailored for individual clients with an eye for detail and responding efficiently to client and leadership feedback.
  • Filling out daily and weekly reports with key activity and conversion tracking
  • Updating internal CRM and reporting systems with client information and event status
  • Supporting the invoicing process and coordinating payment authorizations
  • Qualifying leads and following up via phone to ensure client engagement and conversion
  • Assisting with compliance documentation and internal audits when required
