InterContinental Wellington is host to beautiful luxurious rooms and culinary excellence InterContinental Wellington is looking for a Groups Reservations Coordinator to join our team  Your day to day The Groups Reservations Coordinator is a specialized role within our reservations team, reporting directly to the Reservations Manager. You will be primarily responsible for managing group bookings and inquiries, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all group reservations. Your role is key to supporting the hotel’s sales, marketing, and revenue goals by maintaining accurate communication of group reservation details and aligning with operational needs. Key responsibilities include: * Managing group booking inquiries and reservations from initial contact to final confirmation, ensuring a seamless experience for organizers and attendees. * Collaborating with the revenue and sales teams to optimize group bookings and manage hotel inventory effectively. * Ensuring reservation data is accurate, up-to-date, and properly documented. * Delivering a personalized and responsive customer experience to group organizers and participants. * Actively contributing to revenue generation by promoting booking opportunities. * Building and nurturing strong relationships with group clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded throughout the reservation process.
