Description

Prepare grout materials according to specified mix designs and quality standards Operate grouting equipment, including pumps, mixers, and hoses, safely and efficiently Monitor grout placement to ensure it meets project requirements and specifications Perform inspections and tests on grout materials to verify consistency and quality Clean and maintain grouting equipment to prevent breakdowns and delays Collaborate with engineers and project managers to coordinate grouting activities Document grouting operations, including quantities used and equipment performance Adhere to safety procedures and regulations at all times during grouting operations Execute grouting operation as per grouting procedure and specification To control grouting pumps flow rate, pressure and accumulated volume of slurry pumped Follow up grout density and continuously monitoring of grout mixing system Supervise grout (cubic) samples taken during grouting operation Supervise grout system (cement silo, jet mixer, surge tank, water system and RCM) Carry out crushing test for grout cubes

Responsibilities
