Description

Provide day to day assistance to the Operations Support Supervisor on projects and tasks as communicated from Managers/Director.
Assist in gathering requirements from key stake holders on new processes and procedures and translate into concise communications to the DBC team so they may update procedures, intranet pages and master list, as needed.
Responsible for administrative tasks related to Contact Center training, checking daily class attendance and making contact to reschedule; communicating necessary information to Training and Administrative staff; miscellaneous clerical duties; and various tasks as assigned by the Operations team.
Interface with MIM, IT business partners, website User Experience team, Merchandising and Marketing teams to report issues impacting the customer’s experience.
Subject Matter Expert in contact center systems and processes to support Operations.
Work with Subject Matter Experts on new and existing technical issues to document, report and text fixes within various systems.
Assist in the development and facilitation of incentive programs and employee recognition events.
Assist in the management and resolution of facility-related issues.
Provide training, guidance and feedback to seasonal staff.
Conduct ad hock data analysis in support of the Operations team.
Troubleshoot and report system and data setup issues reported by Operations leadership team.
Perform other duties as requested by Supervisor, Managers and Director.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of administrative experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, FrontPage).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritizing and time management skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and to retain information. Must be analytical and be able to comprehend how multiple systems interact.
  • Ability to work well within a team environment; demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with direction from supervisor.
  • High sense of urgency and ability to handle and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrates Resourceful/Solution-Orientated skills.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 20 lbs.
