Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain efficient administrative systems, both manual and electronic, to support team activities, including updating the Accommodation software
Assist with front facing, telephone and email enquiries, responding in a professional and timely manner
Raise accommodation and conference fee invoices using the university’s ERP system, manage the collection of payments including arrears chasing and holding debt clinics
Raise requisitions for purchase orders and process invoices from suppliers using the ERP system
Work outside of core hours to support University and operational requirements throughout the year
