SUMMARY
As a Growth Account Manager you will focus on driving renewals and expansions within our SMB customer base, reporting to the Regional Director of East. This role requires a strong ability to generate pipeline through upsell and cross-sell opportunities, be a trusted partner to our customers, and articulate the value of security solutions to technical and business stakeholders. You will work alongside a team of Wizards that focus on our customers’ business needs. Our priority is building a secure infrastructure for their cloud environments. We do that by learning their business. We ask questions. We listen. We help educate.
Partner with Renewal Managers and Technical Account Managers on renewal and expansion opportunities within your defined book of business
Lead with curiosity to understand our customers’ complex business problems
Demonstrate an intimate understanding of Wiz Cloud Security Solutions and their value to our customers in the growth segment
Demonstrate ability to position and advise to CISO-level executives with industry Point-of-View business insights; Continue to listen, build, and grow executive relationships with customers
Develop and close business to consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas, in a way that reflects Wiz values
Align with Wiz partner ecosystem to optimize market opportunity
Strong understanding of effective sales processes and methodologies, such as MEDDPICC or Command of the Message
Build effective working relationships with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Delivery, and Executive teams to ensure strategy alignment and achieve company objectives
