Lead the end-to-end acquisition strategy for TMGM’s crypto trading products, with a strong focus on driving new client growth (FTD) across core and emerging markets. Design, test, and scale multi-channel acquisition campaigns (paid media, KOL/affiliate partnerships，app stores etc. ) to maximize ROI and reduce CAC. Build quarterly acquisition roadmaps with clear KPIs, prioritization, and resource planning to ensure sustainable growth in FTDs, Net Deposit, and trading volume. Use analytics and feedback loops to continuously monitor acquisition funnel performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize campaigns for conversion and retention impact. Collaborate with product and marketing teams to launch crypto-related acquisition initiatives, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns, promotions, and onboarding flows tailored to different markets. Drive crypto-specific acquisition through partnerships with affiliates, KOLs, influencers, and regional growth partners, aligning with TMGM’s global brand and sponsorship assets (e.g., Chelsea FC, Nets NBA). Partner closely with product, design, compliance, and regional teams to ensure acquisition strategies are market-compliant, culturally relevant, and aligned with business objectives.
