The Growth Analyst will be a part of the Growth team, reporting to the Lead UX Architect. The primary responsibility of the Growth Analyst lies within the loyalty program, playing a crucial role in supporting both the product and analysis aspects of the program. What you will be doing? Analyze user data and identify opportunities for improvement within the loyalty program. Develop and propose data-driven recommendations for product enhancements and new features. Write clear and concise product requirements documents. Collaborate closely with the Technology team during the development and testing phases. Analyze data to measure the performance of the loyalty program and identify areas for optimization. Generate insights to inform strategic decision-making. Track key metrics and KPIs to ensure the program's success. Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders effectively. Strong product management skillsets with experience in defining, launching, and iterating on product features. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Passion for e-commerce and digital products. Solid experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau).
