Growth Analyst – Retention Location: Glasgow (Hybrid or Remote) Reports to: Director of Analytics Salary: £45,000-£60,000 Please note that applications will be reviewed after the holiday period (5th of Janaury 2026) About the role: We’re looking for a Growth Analyst to join our Growth team and play a pivotal role in driving our patient retention. You’ll work closely with the growth and tech team to drive retention and LTV and uncover actionable insights. We’re on an ambitious journey to expand into new markets and deliver a world class experience for our existing patients that provides holistic support and helps them achieve their health goals. Key Responsibilities Optimise customer touchpoints and communications across key patient lifecycle stages (onboarding, re-ordering, reactivation, patient care) Build and maintain dashboards and reporting in Looker. Conduct deep-dive analyses into retention, LTV, patient behavior and journeys. Design and evaluate A/B tests to validate the impact of new or updated features, discounts, or communications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tech, patient care, international markets) to drive impact and data-lead decision making. Support international expansion with market-specific insights and performance tracking. Maintain high data quality and ensure consistency across Snowflake, DBT, and Looker. Propose data backed insights and recommendations to c-suite to reduce churn and improve customer loyalty. Developing and implementing predictive churn models by examining customer data. What we are looking for: 4+ years experience in a subscription, SaaS, or similar online business model. Proven experience in customer or growth/retention analytics. Understanding of LTV dynamics and growth metrics. Expert-level SQL skills. Familiarity with BI tools like Looker (or similar). Strong analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing and statistical analysis. Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
