The salary range for this role is $80,000 -$110,000 depending on geography and level of experience, plus equity and an annual bonus. You’re excited about this opportunity because you will... * Conduct rigorous analysis on complex datasets leveraging internal AI tools * Identify the business implications and utilization impacts and visually communicate the so-whats * Respond to analytical requests from leadership and other cross functional stakeholders, providing deep-dives into specific business problems or market trends. * Proactively monitor business performance to identify anomalies, seasonal patterns, or emerging opportunities. * Collaborate with Carrum’s data team to ensure the accuracy and cleanliness of our data pipelines. * Identify manual analytical processes and implement automated solutions through AI tools to increase team efficiency. We’re excited about you because… * 2-3 years of analytical experience in consulting, finance, strategy or business intelligence * Have strong conceptual and problem-solving abilities, data-driven thinking, and experience building robust analytical models. * Think like a consultant and are highly analytical.
