With ambitious growth plans and a mission to redefine procurement in the construction industry, we are expanding our team and looking for a Growth and Field Marketing Lead to drive demand generation, shape event strategy, and build deeper engagement with enterprise-level clients.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Growth and Field Marketing Lead to take ownership of multi-channel marketing initiatives, with a particular focus on expanding our community-driven content strategy, developing live events, and targeting enterprise-level clients.
This role offers a high degree of autonomy and collaboration, working closely with our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Business Development Managers (BDMs), and the broader Sales team to drive engagement and conversions.
You will also work alongside the Head of Marketing to develop strategy, ensuring our marketing efforts evolve as C-Link scales. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketer with the longer term ambition to grow into a Head of Marketing role in the future.
