Description

Digital Marketing : You will have overall responsibility for implementing digital marketing and promoting our wound dressings and digital products, ensuring our products are understood and used where they are needed. You will translate company and growth objectives into scalable, measurable digital marketing strategies and measures with end-to-end ownership.
Leadership : You will be responsible for the professional and disciplinary leadership and further development of the Digital Marketing Team.
Marketing campaigns : You manage the digital marketing of our wound dressings/digital products across all relevant channels and further develop them with a focus on efficiency, building and strengthening digital brand awareness.
Customer-centric marketing : They consistently focus on the needs of the target group. They listen, understand, implement, and always incorporate the customer perspective.
They work by designing, optimizing, and orchestrating the digital customer journey along complex decision-making processes.
The strategic development and integration of the marketing technology landscape (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, analytics, tracking, AI tools) for data-driven decision-making is also your responsibility.
Teamwork : You work closely with internal interfaces and manage and coordinate external agencies and service providers.
