REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in early or growth-stage startups in a performance marketing role.
  • Experience working across the full marketing funnel (customer acquisition, conversion, retention).
  • Ability to take ownership and work independently with high accountability.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.
  • Excellent communication in English and Arabic.
  • Proficiency in MySQL in extracting and analyzing campaign performance data.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Growth Specialist who will drive our marketing efforts across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will develop and implement performance marketing strategies across channels, including paid search, social media, display ads, and content marketing. You will be responsible for optimizing paid campaigns to achieve KPIs such as ROI, CTR, conversion rates, CPL, and CPA, while continuously testing and refining strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
  • Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns to achieve and exceed KPIs.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to boost campaign performance.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize creatives, landing pages, and ad performance.
  • Collaborate with other teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
