Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Growth and Talent Specialist who is passionate about coaching others and helping teams succeed. In this role, you’ll be an essential part of our Sales Success Team, focused primarily on training, onboarding, and team development.
You’ll be the go-to person for delivering engaging and energizing training experiences that equip new and existing team members with the tools they need to thrive. Whether facilitating a live workshop, running a skills clinic, or helping someone get ramped up fast, your mission is to make learning impactful and fun.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Lead onboarding sessions and facilitate training programs for new team members.
  • Deliver live workshops, coaching sessions, and process walk-throughs that are interactive, practical, and inspiring.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Success Team to continuously improve training content and delivery.
  • Help design and implement development paths to grow top-performing contributors.
  • Track onboarding milestones, measure training effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, energy, urgency and shared wins.
