Description Reports To: Office and Growth Manager FLSA Status: Non-exempt/Full-time Compensation: $17.00-$19.00 per hour Location/Travel: Must be local in Corpus Christi, work from home with occasional travel, including overnight stays (up to a week at a time, occasional weekends). Must have a private, dedicated workspace. Job Summary: The Growth Assistant at Empower Behavioral Health (EBH) is a member of the Facilities Team, supporting organizational growth through administrative, logistical, and facilities-related tasks. This position assists with vendor and utility management, supports clinic setup and maintenance, and ensures smooth operations of facilities services in a fast-paced, growing organization. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to travel as needed to various clinic locations. Duties/ Responsibilities: · Manage utility and vendor spreadsheets; connect and disconnect services as needed · Answer incoming phone calls and direct appropriately · General receipt management and documentation · Sort and distribute mail · Assist with facilities maintenance requests · Contact vendors for services, repairs, and information · Assemble clinic toys and furniture for new and existing locations · Assist with yearly tax payments and yearly property renditions · Run miscellaneous errands as needed (requires valid driver’s license and reliable transportation) · Travel to clinic locations as required, including overnight and weekend trips · Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Competencies: Strong written and oral communication Interpersonal savvy Attention to detail Organizational skills Integrity and trust Time management Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities Education and Experience: Required: High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license with the ability to drive to local and out-of-town locations Prior related administrative or facilities experience preferred Preferred: Experience in facilities, operations, or growth support in a growing organization Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn internal systems Empower Behavioral Health provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
