Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Growth Assistant to join Futurice UK. In this entry-level role, you’ll work closely with the UK Managing Director and sales team to help identify and shape new business opportunities. You’ll support proposal work, client engagement, and help evolve how we use AI in our commercial processes.
This is a great fit if you’re early in your career and want to learn how consulting, sales, marketing and strategy intersect – with exposure to senior leaders, real clients, and modern tools.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Support sales activity: from research to proposal writing and meeting prep.
  • Use AI tools to improve commercial workflows and document creation.
  • Track leads, follow up actions, and maintain sales materials.
  • Spot opportunities via client news, tenders, and market signals.
  • Work with the MD and consultants to deliver high-quality commercial responses.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Supporting our UK MD and commercial team to shape and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Tracking leads, capturing actions, and preparing for client meetings or internal discussions.
  • Supporting the enhancement of an AI-powered sales workflowHelping create, review and polish proposals, pitch decks, and other sales materials.
  • Monitoring client news, tenders, and market activity to spot potential leads.Using AI tools to improve workflows — from document prep to CRM updates to research.
  • Helping document and maintain our sales knowledge base and proposal library.
  • Taking part in team meetings, contributing to process improvements, and learning as you go.
