Description
An AI SaaS Client is seeking a hands-on Growth Associate to support the launch and scaling of an AI-powered consumer product in the US market. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone early in their growth career who wants to work directly on user acquisition, onboarding, activation, and product growth. You’ll work closely with the Head of Growth and product team in a lean startup environment, helping test new ideas quickly, optimize funnels, and build traction with everyday American users. This role is ideal for someone hungry to learn, highly proactive, and excited by fast-paced startup execution. Employment Type: Full-time (Initial 3-month contract, with potential for extension or conversion) ResponsibilitiesSupport User Growth Initiatives Assist with executing acquisition campaigns across paid, organic, referral, influencer, and community channels. Help identify new, cost-effective ways to attract users. Support launch initiatives across Product Hunt, creator communities, and the ChatGPT ecosystem. Optimize Onboarding & Activation Help improve signup flows, onboarding journeys, and first-user experience. Monitor user drop-off points and recommend improvements. Assist with lifecycle messaging, including email, push, and re-engagement campaigns. Create Growth Assets Build landing pages, campaign copy, creative briefs, and messaging tests. Support demo content, use-case materials, and launch assets. Coordinate with designers or external partners when needed. Analyze Performance Track campaign results, conversion metrics, and acquisition performance. Build simple reports and dashboards. Turn data into recommendations for future tests. Work Cross-Functionally Partner with the product to share user insights and growth opportunities. Support fast execution across multiple growth projects. Requirements At least 2–4 years of experience in growth, marketing, product growth, startups, consumer apps, or digital marketing. Strong interest in user acquisition and growth strategy. Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities. Strong communication and organisational skills. Analytical mindset and willingness to learn quickly.
