They specialize in providing comprehensive banking services to SMEs, focusing on account openings and loan offerings, and are currently seeking dynamic and motivated Growth Associates to join the high-performing team.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience in banking sales, specifically in selling account openings and loans to SMEs.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, including experience in DSA (Direct Selling Agent) roles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of banking products, services, and industry regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Product Knowledge and Presentation

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of our banking products and services, with the ability to effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings to SMEs
Responsibilities

Sales Strategy Development

  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies targeting SMEs.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management

  • Identify and approach potential SME clients for account openings and loan offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Product Knowledge and Presentation

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of our banking products and services, with the ability to effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings to SMEs.

Sales Performance Tracking and Reporting

  • Monitor and track individual and team sales performance against targets.
  • Generate regular reports highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.

Market Research and Intelligence

  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to make informed sales decisions.
  • Provide feedback to management on market insights and potential business opportunities.

Compliance and Risk Management

  • Ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory and compliance standards set forth by the organization and relevant authorities.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with client onboarding and loan approvals.
