About the role We are seeking a Growth Associate to be part of our founding Marketing team as we bring Sana to our next stage of growth. You will be at the front line, driving global demand for both of our AI products and shaping our growth strategy. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone eager to build and shape a broad marketing function in one of the world’s fastest-growing AI scale ups. What you'll do Help drive and influence the growth strategy of Sana with the goal of acquiring new customers for our two products across all our markets Drive revenue for Sana and build our brand through all types of growth activities, including performance marketing, events, conferences, partnerships, creating content, optimizing and testing our website, analyzing data, and beyond Design, execute, and measure the impact of growth experiments end-to-end, including A/B tests on Sana's website Use data to identify and executive on areas of strength and opportunity for Sana's marketing team Build and maintain dashboards to monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as CPA, CTR, and ROAS to inform strategic decisions You will be working closely with Lauren Crichton (Director of Marketing), Jenny Luo (Marketing Manager), Victor Ginsburg Müller (Director of Design), Jon Lexa (President), and the rest of the commercial team.
