JOB DESCRIPTION
HealthPartners is currently hiring for a Growth & Business Development Advisor. Reporting to the Vice President of Care System Growth & Partnerships, the Advisor is responsible for anticipating, identifying, planning, organizing, and directing strategic growth goals and activities at multiple levels, as assigned, within the overall care group organization. Growth opportunities can involve geographic expansion, service scope expansion, resource acquisition, capacity increase, market entry, joint ventures, new patient or service access channels, or any other strategic growth-related endeavors. Scope of work may include efforts enterprise-wide, as well as those focused on individual or combinations of service lines, departments, sites, markets, regions, and initiatives. The Advisor helps align individual strategic efforts with the overall enterprise goals and ensures the integrated strategy is communicated throughout the organization. The position may also include project management oversight for key strategic initiatives, and the development of strategic business plans to support major resource acquisition or capital initiatives.
