The Sales Finance team is responsible for the strategy, pricing, marketing, and performance of this high-potential portfolio. We have strong foundations — a large partner network, a well-known brand, and proven financial products. We’re looking for commercially driven, action-oriented , team player, who thrive in high-impact roles. You’ll be joining a team with a clear mandate: deliver for our partners, drive performance, strengthen execution, and deliver growth. Let’s look at some key responsibilities: New partner onboarding and enablement, ensuring smooth integration and strong early performance. Work collaboratively with our internal functions such as finance, legal, compliance, risk & marketing to optimise all new partners touch points. Management & Key contact for newly onboarded partners 12 months to ensure deliver against business case, through optimisation, campaign delivery, day to day HO relationship management and QBRs. Drive growth in longtail partners through re-engagement, optimisation and revitalisation of partnership. Identify mid-market interest free partnership opportunities ($2-$10M) Supporting HO growth & new partnership on end to end sales cycle for enterprise interest free partnership opportunities. Ideally, we're looking for the following: 5+ years in partnerships, B2B commercial roles, or sales management in financial services or retail. Demonstrated success growing partner portfolios and identifying scalable commercial opportunities. Experience in presenting to senior stakeholders and key corporate clients Demonstrated experience in acquiring new business and partnering with mid-market & large enterprise partners Critical thinking Project management experience, in managing multiple stakeholders across 2 business’ Team player, ability to be agile and adaptable in collaborative team environment.
