ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Growth Campaign Manager with experience designing and executing multi-channel inbound and outbound campaigns using automation tools and agentic SDR platforms. This role will focus on building campaigns and messaging that engage prospects and generate qualified leads for SDR follow-up. You’ll collaborate closely with the sales, RevOps, product marketing, and demand gen teams to ensure the right message reaches the right audience at the right time.
This role is fully remote and will report to our Director of Demand Generation.
FreeWill has set compensation and a non-negotiation policy for fairness reasons (we don’t think that an individual’s pay should be determined by how comfortable they are negotiating). As a result, we like to be transparent and up front about the compensation. In alignment with our commitment to salary transparency, the expected salary range for this role is $90,000–$100,000 for someone with 3-5 years of experience, while those with 5+ years of experience may be considered for offers between $100,000–$110,000, depending on skills and fit.
