The Role This isn’t a typical marketing role, it’s perfect for someone entrepreneurial, curious, and ready to make a big impact fast. You’ll be hands-on across all aspects of marketing, from growing our social presence and sparking conversations online, to testing campaigns and helping create compelling content. You’ll work closely with the C-Level team and Product team, gaining unique visibility and influence early in your career. This role is ideal for someone who loves both digital marketing and in-person community building, especially around Berlin’s vibrant tech and creative scene. What You’ll Do Experiment with new marketing tactics and channels. Rapidly test, measure, learn, and iterate. Engage with online forums, communities, and discussions relevant to our industry. Help create engaging content: short posts, blog articles, case studies, marketing copy. Manage and grow our social media presence with fresh, authentic, and engaging posts. Track key performance metrics and share insights to double down on what works. Grow our local community by promoting our hackathons and events, both on-site (in Berlin) and virtually. Represent Journee at events, meetups, and gatherings to get people excited about our vision. Collaborate directly with the founding team, bringing to life bold ideas that shape our marketing strategy.
