Job Description – Growth Consultant (LinkedIn Outreach Internship)
Position: Growth Consultant (Internship)
Company: Patidar Digital Hub
Location: Remote (Work From Home)
Stipend/Salary: Month 1 incentive-only; from Month 2, ₹6,000/month fixed for performers + performance bonus
About the Role
We are hiring energetic and ambitious interns as Growth Consultants. You will connect with international businesses on LinkedIn, engage decision-makers, and generate leads for our services (Web, Mobile Apps, Automation, Branding, AI Services). This is a client-facing role that builds a strong foundation in Business Development, Sales, and Digital Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute 30+ outreaches per day on LinkedIn (connection requests/messages).
  • Nurture leads using our conversation scripts and SOPs (training provided).
  • Schedule Zoom/Google Meet calls with interested clients.
  • Maintain daily outreach/follow-up logs and report to team lead/manager.

Requirements (Must-Have)

  • Active LinkedIn account that is at least 1 year old.
  • Basic English communication skills (written and conversational).
  • Laptop/PC and reliable internet connection.
  • Daily availability of 3–6 hours (Monday to Saturday).
  • Professional attitude and commitment to daily targets.

Good to Have (Optional)

  • Prior experience in sales, outreach, or client communication.
  • Interest in Digital Marketing, IT, or Business Development.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
