Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE

We’re looking for a creative and highly skilled videographer to bring Canva’s growth marketing content to life across TikTok, Meta, YouTube and other performance channels. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our Europe Marketing team, producing platform-native, thumb-stopping video content that drives awareness and conversions.
You’ll be someone who lives and breathes content; from ideation and storyboarding to shooting, editing and optimising for each platform. You’re fluent in the language of short-form, with a knack for translating local insights into content that grabs attention in the first few seconds and keeps viewers hooked.
We’re after someone who’s as comfortable behind the camera as they are in the edit suite, with a sharp eye for visual storytelling. If you can spot a trend before it peaks, adapt it to our brand voice, and package it into high-performing creative for growth channels - you’re our person. Bonus points if you’re up for starring in front of the camera too.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Shoot and edit high-quality, platform-native short-form videos for TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and other growth marketing channels
  • Plan and execute shoots end-to-end — from ideation, storyboarding, and scripting to lighting, audio, and framing
  • Collaborate with the growth creative squad and cross-functional marketing team to translate local insights into high-performing creative
  • Capture supplementary b-roll, behind-the-scenes, and stills for multi-channel use
  • Optimise content for brand consistency, platform best practices, and both awareness and conversion goals
  • Regularly iterate and evolve content outputs based on ongoing performance insights
  • Keep on top of emerging trends, formats, and platform features
