EnviroLinx is a niche online platform that connects freelance environmental consultants with companies that need help navigating environmental compliance, permitting, sustainability initiatives, and related projects. We’re a small, fast-growing startup, and we’re looking for a Growth Coordinator who not only understands marketing and lead generation but also has familiarity with environmental consulting services and clients—so you can speak the language, anticipate objections, and target the right decision-makers.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years in marketing, business development, or growth role within or serving the environmental consulting industry.
  • Strong understanding of services such as environmental site assessments, SWPPPs, ESG reporting, permitting, etc.
  • Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals in a B2B context.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication skills—able to write and speak in a professional, industry-credible tone.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable in a startup environment.
Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential business clients (manufacturers, construction firms, developers, engineering companies, municipalities, etc.) who need environmental consulting services.
  • Industry-Specific Outreach: Leverage LinkedIn, email marketing, and professional associations to connect with environmental compliance officers, EHS managers, and other decision-makers.
  • Content Coordination: Work with designers and writers to produce compelling, industry-relevant materials for social media, newsletters, and blog posts.
  • Partnership Development: Build relationships with industry associations, consultant networks, and complementary service providers.
  • Campaign Execution & Tracking: Launch, monitor, and refine marketing campaigns using data-driven insights.
  • Customer Journey Optimization: Improve onboarding and conversion rates for both business clients and freelance consultants.
