JOB SUMMARY

We’re an ambitious new venture backed by leading investors and operating at the intersection of AI, regulation, and financial services. Our focus is on reimagining how institutions navigate regulatory complexity — using cutting-edge technology to bring clarity, speed, and confidence to critical decision-making processes.
While still early in our journey, we’re already working closely with a select group of enterprise clients and partners who share our belief that modern compliance needs a fundamentally different approach. Our team brings together deep domain expertise, product thinking, and a bias toward building — fast.

We’re at an exciting inflection point – with clear direction, client focus and a fast-growing team. You’ll be joining us as we lay the foundations of a new venture designed for long term impact across financial services

  • We believe speed comes from quality, automation, and solving the right problems.
  • We always leave things better than we found them.
  • We start with the end in mind.
  • We iterate quickly.
  • If you build it, you fix it.
  • We trust each other and ask for help.
  • If you’re in a hole, stop digging.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 2–4 years’ experience in high-output environments (e.g., consulting, VC, startups); you’re early in your career but ready to take ownership, move fast, and grow into a larger role as we scale
  • Excited to help build an AI-first company — you’re comfortable exploring new tools, using AI in your workflows, and eager to build lightweight automations or agents where useful.
  • Comfortable in client-facing settings with a bias for action and ownership
  • Highly organised, analytical, and detail-oriented
  • Strong communicator — clear, concise, and proactive
  • Hands-on with tools and eager to help build from scratch
  • Passionate about solving real-world problems by leveraging technology.

Responsibilities

You’ll be one of our first business hires — working closely with the founding team across go-to-market, customer enablement, and operational execution. This is a high-trust, hands-on role designed for someone early in their career who’s looking to accelerate their growth by building directly alongside experienced operators in a fast-paced environment.

It’s a role for someone who enjoys being close to customers, thrives in fast-moving environments, and wants to build the connective tissue of a high-performing startup.

  • Partner with the COO to improve internal operations: documentation, systems, tools.
  • Support company setup, governance routines, and implementation of early processes across people, finance, and tech.
  • Coordinate onboarding for early clients and help them adopt and engage with the platform.
  • Track customer usage, flag issues, and help design lightweight playbooks to drive success.
  • Work across GTM ops including CRM hygiene, lead pipeline tracking, and outreach coordination.
  • Support internal reviews, reporting, and investor updates with sharp, practical insights.
  • Own execution of special projects that improve how we scale product delivery and client experience.
