We are looking for a passionate Data Analyst to join our Growth Team and help us take our monetization and acquisition strategies to the next level. Your Mission As a Data Analyst within the Growth team, you will play a strategic role in optimizing MWM’s user acquisition, engagement, and monetization. You will lead end-to-end analytical projects, leveraging large-scale datasets to generate actionable insights that shape our business decisions. What You’ll Do Optimize monetization strategies: Determine the most effective offers and pricing models for millions of players. Enhance user acquisition performance: Identify key opportunities to scale and optimize acquisition campaigns. Lead data projects: Manage and deliver cross-functional projects to build data products that enhance app performance. Analyze user behavior: Work with billions of events to understand acquisition, engagement, and conversion patterns. Define and track KPIs: Collaborate with product, growth, and finance teams to define meaningful performance indicators. Communicate insights effectively: Translate complex analyses into actionable business recommendations. Ensure data quality: Establish robust data validation and monitoring processes to maintain accuracy and reliability. Promote data literacy: Document findings, train teams, and foster a data-driven culture across the organization. Drive strategy: Use insights to identify new opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization. About You You hold a degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or another quantitative field. You have at least 5 years of experience in data analysis in a mobile company. You are proficient in SQL and/or Python, and experienced with large and complex datasets. You’re autonomous, detail-oriented, and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You’re an excellent communicator, comfortable working with stakeholders across different teams. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with precision and speed. Experience in mobile marketing, monetization strategies, and acquisition funnels is a strong plus. Any personal or professional exposure to machine learning is highly valued. You’re a fast learner and a high performer, always ready to take on new challenges.
