• Identify and engage employers across sectors such as construction, healthcare, and engineering
• Convert inbound enquiries and outbound outreach into signed recruitment projects
• Present tailored recruitment and employment permit solutions to new and existing clients
• Advise on timelines, documentation, and compliance for both international and domestic hires
• Coordinate documentation for permit and visa applications
• Collaborate internally to ensure seamless client delivery and high retention
