We’re looking for a Growth Director to join the company’s management team and to ensure our rapid global expansion continues. As a Growth Director, you will be shaping and executing strategies to improve our brand visibility, generating high-quality sales leads, leading our lead generation team and ensuring we have the best growth practices in place with a data-driven approach. Your goal is to keep our sales team engaged with a growing number of global sales meetings while ensuring our brand is recognized as a leader in bioinformatics services worldwide.
We already work with hundreds of academic universities and biotech companies in over 20 countries, and have over a decade of experience in marketing and lead generation. Now, we’re looking for a leader to take our efforts to the next level!

Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing a data-driven marketing strategy to increase global brand awareness and lead generation
  • Improving outbound contacting strategy to increase lead quality and conversion rates
  • Driving inbound lead generation through strategic digital marketing initiatives (especially website, LinkedIn & Google Ads)
  • Ensuring systematic search engine optimization (SEO) in collaboration with external partners and drive its development
  • Leading company’s social media presence and strategy for both inbound sales and branding
  • Overseeing the collection of client testimonials, case studies, and references to strengthen our credibility and marketing efforts
  • Leading a small team, which has strong experience in biotech and from the company already
  • Developing and implementing an employer branding strategy to attract top bioinformatics talent globally in close collaboration with our Head of Employer Branding
