Description
About GovDash GovDash builds AI that helps government contractors win more federal work and advance critical missions. This person is our growth hacker inside the GTM org. You experiment quickly and aggressively, finding new ways to generate pipeline. This role is intentionally unstructured. You have full permission to move fast, test wild ideas, and eliminate bottlenecks. What you’ll own: 1. Pipeline experiments • Ideate and ship high velocity growth experiments across outbound, marketing, and data-driven targeting. • Reverse engineer what’s been successful for competitors and other early stage AI platforms. • Build scrappy scripts, workflows, or prototypes that test hypotheses in hours, not weeks. 2. Attribution clarity • Own attribution across Growth with no bureaucracy. • Build lightweight models that show what actually creates opportunities / pipeline.. 3. Breaking GTM systems • Stress-test our GTM stack and find every weak point. • Break routing, scoring, enrichment, segmentation, and targeting. • Patch only what matters, automate anything repetitive, and leave everything else on the floor. 4. Growth tooling • Build quick tools that give marketing and SDRs streamlined workflows. • Write scrapers, data matchers, and logic that unify SAM.gov, FPDS, award intel, and internal datasets. • Create one-off utilities that expose high probability accounts. 5. Cross-functional acceleration • Partner with marketing to pull signals from federal data and turn them into audiences that convert. • Partner with SDR leadership to fix bottlenecks, improve target selection, and shorten research time. • Partner with leadership to validate new bets, kill weak ones, and scale winners fast. What great looks like • You thrive in ambiguity and build structure only when results demand it. • Strong growth mindset with technical skills in SQL, Python, or similar. • Able to tear apart datasets like UEI, CAGE, NAICS, PSC, IDV lineage, award history, vehicles, and socioeconomic indicators. • Comfortable hacking together solutions that produce high-intent signals. • Communicates clearly and moves fast with minimal oversight. Bonus • Experience in federal contracting or adjacent markets. • Prior growth hacking or GTM engineering background in early stage SaaS. • Familiarity with outbound automation and enrichment data. Must Haves • Technical with an interest in GTM and Growth systems • Understand Hubspot ecosystem and how to build integrations • Good collaboration skills, but willing to run experiments and hack solo • Care about America and its interests
Responsibilities
The Growth Engineer will own pipeline experiments, attribution clarity, and breaking GTM systems to identify weaknesses. They will also build growth tooling and partner cross-functionally to accelerate growth initiatives.
